Terms of Sale

1. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of VAT where applicable. Placing an order reserves the piece and assigned edition number. Payment instructions will be sent within one business day of your order being placed. Your edition is held for 48 hours pending payment. If payment is not received within this period your reservation may be released.

2. Limited Editions

Each limited-edition work is issued with a unique edition number assigned at the time of purchase. This number is recorded permanently in our registry. A signed Certificate of Authenticity is shipped with every limited-edition work. Edition numbers cannot be changed or transferred.

3. Open Edition Works

Open edition works may be restocked at any time. Purchasing an open edition work does not entitle the buyer to exclusivity or a certificate of authenticity unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping

Sculpture and three-dimensional works require specialist packaging and handling. Shipping is arranged individually for each piece and the cost is communicated separately after your order is placed. International shipping is available and will be quoted on request. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the nominated carrier.

5. Condition and Returns

All works are sold as described and photographed. We take care to represent condition accurately. If a work arrives damaged we require photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed. We do not accept returns on change-of-mind purchases for original artworks.

6. Price on Application (POA)

Some works are listed without a visible price. These pieces are available by direct enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a purchase or create a binding contract. A sale is concluded only upon written confirmation and receipt of full payment.

7. Intellectual Property

Purchase of an artwork conveys ownership of the physical object only. Copyright in the work remains with the artist unless separately and explicitly assigned in writing. You may not reproduce, photograph for commercial purposes, or create derivative works without the artist's written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Western Cape High Court.
